Email is dead, email is dead, e-mail is dead, not…
Take a look at your inbox. Scan through your emails and review the ones you always constantly open. Then think about how often you read emails, and further how many different email accounts you have. I dont’ think my email boxes are going away anytime soon.
Clearly there are a number of emails I always read. How do I identify these? I bet like many others, I use the From and Subject headers - in combination. My mind is pretty well trained and I can raoidly identify which ones to open.

Thats a typical email I would open. Vonage have in a sense formed a brand identity with me. I trust them - to a degree - and I want to know what they have to say. They have in a sense trained me to expect value and useful information from the emails.
